Template: Database guide

This guide should be used as a template when creating a guide for a database or other online resource.

What is Database Name?

Database name..... explain what it is, what type of information it includes, what it is useful for.

Add a link to the database using the Add / Reorder link and selecting LInk.

Accessing Database name

UCL staff and students may access Database Name from any computer. Link from the UCL Library Services databases list  Off-site access requires a UCL user ID.

NHS staff who are eligible for membership of UCL's libraries may be able to access Database Name with an NHS OpenAthens account. (Delete if not relevant / applicable)

Other UCL library members may access Databse Name resources from 'Explore access points' situated within Library buildings. (Amend as applicable)

Important!
Always link to the Database Name from the UCL Library Services databases list or from links on this page. This will ensure you have full access.

If there is a video that is a good introduction to the database, either from the supplier or made by UCL Libarry Services, you may include it here. There should be a link and then the embedded video.
