Access for UCL students and staff only. More than 4,400 recorded testimonies of individuals with first-hand experience of the Nazi persecutions. Testimonies were recorded in each witness's preferred language and range in length from 30 minutes to over 40 hours.

You will need to create an account to access the testimonies as well as logging in via UCL.

• Access the database using the link above then click login (top right) and then join now (right at the bottom of the pop up)


• Complete the form and click register – you will receive a verification email


• Access the database again, login if necessary and run a search. Click on testimony and then click request access – you will need to do this even though you are logged in but you will only need to do it for the first testimony you access.


• Once you receive the approval email, refresh your browser and you should have access. You will now be able to access the whole collection by logging in via UCL and then with the account you just created.
