e-Learning for Health

The e-Learning for Health (e-LfH) Hub delivers a wide variety of e-learning resources to support the healthcare workforce, and all students registered on healthcare courses. It delivers more than 400 e-learning programmes in collaboration with organisations including Royal Colleges, Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England and NHS Improvement, and Public Health England.

 

Registering for e-Learning for Health

In order to be able to link your e-LfH account to your e-portfolio you will need to follow the instructions below, DO NOT log in using your NHS OpenAthens details. If you have already linked your e-LfH account to your NHS OpenAthens account, you will not be able to also link to your e-portfolio. If this is the case, please contact the e-LfH helpdesk and ask for your account to be converted to an e-LfH account. When it has been converted, your e-LfH account can be linked to your e-portfolio.

  1. Follow the link https://portal.e-lfh.org.uk/

  2. Click on ‘Register’, and enter your @ucl.ac.uk email address. Complete the registration details as appropriate. For example:

    • Job role: Medical Student (Students)

    • Grade: UG Year 4 or UG Year 5

    • Place of work: University College London

  3. Next, in a short while you will receive an email from e-LfH confirming your username and a web link to set a new password.

  4. Once you have changed your password you will be able to log in directly at https://portal.e-lfh.org.uk/ The first time you log in you will be asked to accept terms and conditions, and confirm your details, then you will be taken to your home area where you can access and record your e-learning.
