Try to avoid having 'blank captions' as shown in the image below

This sometimes causes problems with caption synchronisation when the files are uploaded to MediaCentral.

Note: If copying and pasting a script when using the sync captions feature, make sure you remove bullet points, as text following a bullet point will not be copied across.
