To ensure a consistent visual identity and accessibility, all UCL library skills videos should have:
- Branded opener: includes UCL-branded title page, with a choice of colours, and sliding transition to next page;
- Branded closer: includes UCL logo;
- Optional: section titles with a choice of coloured rectangle backgrounds.
- Dialogue / audio, to include:
- Introductory sentences explaining what the video is about. For example, say the title or 'In this video / tutorial we will...' or 'This tutorial / video covers...'..
- Closing dialogue to indicate it is the end of the video. For example, say 'This concludes this video / tutorial on...'
- Closed caption subtitles.
