Keynote Address: Effective communication skills for a global workplace

Speaking the same language at the workplace alone does not guarantee smooth communication. International diversity can be a cause for misunderstandings or even conflicts because our cultural background plays a big part in how we communicate with others. During this talk, you will find out more about the importance of intercultural competence, how it is applicable to any interaction with colleagues or the public, and what opportunities it can open to address the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) realities that every organisation faces.
