Each search result will be tagged as either Full Text or Citation / Abstract. For those available in full text, beneath each article in your results list you will find a Full text link.
Where the journal has been fully digitised you will see a Full text - PDF link.
Where there is no Full text option, you will see the Find a copy link. This will open the Options for finding a copy pop up window and the findit@UCL button.
UCL users should use the FindIt@UCL buttons to link to the full text (where available) elsewhere in UCL electronic resources or to check whether the journal is held in printed form.
Articles that are not available online or in UCL's print journals might be obtained via an Interlibrary Loan request.
Where you see the Findit@UCL icon, click on it to link to the full text.
Sometimes you will see a link to the publisher's site. Unless the article is open access, you might find that you can't reach the full text.
Clicking on the Findit@UCL link instead will link you to the full text via UCL's subscription access, if available.
Where the full text is included in ProQuest databases, you may see ProQuest's Research Assistant on the right hand side of the screen, which provides an AI-generated summary of the document, important concepts from the document and suggestions for expanding your research.
