Your search results are displayed in the middle of the results screen. If you hover over a particular result you have the option to take a quick look. Clicking on the title or the Abstract/details link will take you to the detailed record.
If you would like to see the results of an earlier search, select Recent searches at the top right of the page.
On the left hand side you will find a drop-down menu headed Sorted by, which you can use to change the sort order. For example, select Most recent first to bring the most recent results to the top of the list.
