When you select Taxonomic Data as a field to search, you will see that on the right of the search box you have a green icon. This allows you to select from a hierarchical list of organism classification codes to build your search. You can click "add" to include all of that hierarchy, click the arrow icon to expand it out, or search for a specific term.
