Online help is available from the question mark icon at the bottom right of the Web of Science screen. This will bring up a menu of help options as well as details of recent features and updates in Web of Science.

"Guided tours" will link to advice for the current page, and "Help & contact us" links to the main set of help pages.

Help is also available on the Web of Science Group Training Portal.
