The Click and Collect service is available for all UCL students, staff and external users with a borrowing account, to request books that we hold. The service applies to items that are currently on loan to other borrowers, as well as those on the shelves. Find out more on the Click and Collect Service page.
To request the items that you wish to collect via Click and Collect:
You will receive an email notification once your item(s) are ready to be collected.
Please note that items will be held for three working days (these are Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and UCL Closure Days).
This service allows UCL staff and students to request book chapters and journal articles (copyright permitting) that are held by Library Services to be scanned and emailed to your UCL email address. Find out more about Scan and Send.
