Explore: Finding books, journals and more

In this section you will find information on working with your results, including more detail on using Explore functions such as:

• Printing, emailing and exporting your results
• Saving records and managing Favourites
• Saving queries, creating alerts, and RSS Feeds

At the top of the results list, next to the number of results, you will notice a Personalize button. This button lets you choose your preferred area of research and by adjusting the ranking algorithm it focuses your search on specific disciplines. The Personalize button does not replace topic filters or act as a filter.

Click on Personalize to see a list of disciplines, you can focus on a broad area of research or sub-discipline(s). When you are happy with your selection click personalize it!. At the top of the filters panel you will see your choice(s), you will also have the the option of prioritising newer material.

You can use your phone to scan the QR code of a record or search, which is useful if you want to have access to your results while browsing the library shelves. You can also copy the link and share your results with others.
