A guide to searching Explore and managing your UCL library account

Login problems

If your library account has expired, for example if your course has finished, you will need to apply for membership in order to login to Explore.  To apply for membership, please visit our membership page:

If you are a new student about to start your course, you will be able to login to Explore when you have completed the enrolment process. 

For other problems logging in to Explore, please try clearing your browser cache in the first instance.  If this does not resolve the problem, please contact us for help.
