To be made up of:

  • HC/HL Deb 
  • Date of debate (in round brackets).
  • vol. (volume number).
  • col. (column number).
  • Available at: URL.
  • (Accessed: date).

‘HC’ or ‘HL’ are abbreviations for the House of Commons or the House of Lords. ‘Deb’ is an abbreviation for Debate.
