Library Skills training online

A guide to share best practice and support UCL library staff in designing and delivering online library skills training materials and activities.

How we are gathering feedback

LibWizard is the software we use to gather feedback from those attending Library Skills or Academic Support sessions. It is also used to gather feedback on asynchronous training materials such as Articulate tutorials or Moodle 'lessons', as well as library skills LibGuides.

It allows staff to produce surveys which can then be distributed to session attendees with a URL. The surveys are stored in one place, making it easier to collate feedback statistics from the whole of Library Services. It is used for both central (core) library skills training, and for individual or team use, where training supports specific departments, local user groups or individuals.

IMPORTANT: We have been given permission to use LibWizard Surveys to gather feedback on Library Skills training. If you deliver library skills training and require a LibWizard login for this purpose, please contact LibrarySkills@UCL
If you wish to use LibWizard Surveys for any other feedback, or LibWizard Forms, please seek permission from Library Web Support.
