MS Forms Quizzes

Microsoft Forms has an option to create a quiz with multiple choice, free text, rating, ranking, and Likert (rating scale) questions. Results can be downloaded into Excel for easy analysis, and the quiz can be embedded into other platforms, e.g. Microsoft Sway.

Example quiz: Library Induction Quiz
This quiz was used by John Iona for a summer Library Induction. You can duplicate the quiz by clicking on the button at the top of the screen and saving it to your own profile in Microsoft Forms. You can then amend it for your own purposes.
