Once you have copied the required survey to make your own, to begin with make sure the settings are as required.
- Select Settings from the top right-hand corner to view and customize your survey’s settings.
- In the Basic info section, this is where you can edit the Title field if necessary, to make sure it conforms with the agreed survey naming convention i.e by prefixing with your site/subject. Note that the title will be what the respondent sees. You must give your survey a title which makes it distinct from other surveys, to aid with identifying it from the list of surveys in LibWizard.
- in the Authentication and visibility section under Publication status you can limit the date range that a survey is visible, if you wish to lock access for your respondents at any point.
- In the Permissions section, you can control whether you wish other LibWizard users to have read-only or editing rights to your survey and the survey responses. Information about permissions.
- In the Submission behaviour section, you can select a redirect URL to send respondents back to a particular web page after they have submitted the survey if you wish.
- Under Reporting, ensure that all of the boxes are left not ticked (important for anonymity).
- Select Save at the bottom of each page to save your changes.
